2 months agoMax Winston commented on Pokey testyes the nikon (manual!) lenses with an adapter to your canon body SHOULD fix flicker. Canon L lenses are nice, but there's no guarantee they will reduce flicker. The aperture still expands and contracts with every shot taken, whereas this will not happen with the nikon to canon method. Cuz the camera is not controlling the lens.

3 months agoMax Winston commented on Pokey testIf you shoot with an automatic lens, your shots will be more prone to flicker. ALthough I didn't notice any flicker in this shot. The lens I shot my film with is automatic, but it may not have flickered so much because it is a higher - end Canon lens, I'm not sure.
