Shawn Small

Shawn's first endeavor at publishing his unique storytelling style was largely a success. Providence House Publishers released his first book, THE VIA CRUCIS, in 2008. In 2009, The Via Crucis took home the bronze medal in the Inspirational/Spiritual category at the thirteenth annual Independent Publisher Book Awards, the largest writing contest in the world.

Several more books including THE VIA ADVENT (Release Date: November 20th 2010) and SOME MUST BE TOLD are on the way.

Shawn’s extensive travel to over 50 countries on six continents gives him a variety of stories for different occasions. He considers himself a Story Archaeologist as he has collected rare tales from diverse cultures around the planet. He and his wife, Cheryl, reside in Texas. They have four children.
