    Quick answer:)
    Mvtools is a plugin for Avisynth(freeware video editing) which has the best motion estimation algorythm for post production slow motion i've ever seen. In my opinion Mvtools is better then Twixtor, Retimer etc.

    Thanks Brett:) Yes, there are some strange spots in the movie, but the oryginal clip (HD) is 100% clear. IMO spots are consider with Vimeo compression. I'll try to upload video in HD:)
