D.C. native Saaret Yoseph is the director and producer of The Red Line D.C. Project, a transmedia exploration of illegal public art in the most communal space of the capital city: the metro. A first-time filmmaker and faithful commuter, Saaret began Red Line D.C. as a search for one anonymous artist accompanying her ride. Before her documentary days, she worked at and wrote extensively for TheRoot.com, covering the arts and cultural issues.
