1 finish on the middle
1 finish 1 mid on the bottom
258mm arc distance
ok heres how I measure the arc 258mm from center on the screw on the lower caliper to the bottom of the back of the stage where the metal meets the plastic end cap on the back.

2 (sometimes 3)z turns from the top.

the cookbook settings are a little too bottom heavy for my taste which will result in excessive sway when turning. I usually set the drop time for how I "think" (a little bit more than a second) I like it then set it just a bit faster and it works out.
