    thanks! fire embers were practical elements.
    i comped the frontal plane shot in a couple days. maybe 4 or 5. CG plane in that shot was created by Aldrich Torres: aldrichtorres.com/ . Clouds / environment is mostly practical. Since I was suping the project I was involved with creative direction, but I had an awesome team that created all the CG.
