When I pick up my guitar to play, I do it because it re-acquaints me with the pulsating, ever-changing drive that rules my body. To make music on my own and to practice it every day is the foundation of my creative life. This time around I am focusing on a selection of songs written by heros I have yet to meet. The songs here are examples of excellent songwriting. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of these writers for keeping me alive and giving me a reason to practice.
