Since I was editing on my personal computer, I saved a copy of the HD file on my computer before giving it to Mickey.

It won't be in HD, unfortunately the best you'll be able to get is 853x480, I think, because the videos have been compressed to DVD size for TV viewing. You'll have to adjust the settings in Handbrake to match Vimeo requirements.

Annie, rip it off of the DVD. My recommendation is that you download Handbreak (for mac), if you don't already have it.

That was actually just a 2 second freeze frame with the credits. A while back I reexported to get a higher quality file, and that's what happens when you try to reopen final cut projects from your DVD storage archives.
