Co-founded multimedia sketch/stand-up/film comedy collective Extra Medium with Nicki Toma with the dregs of former lineup Star Can't Dead. Continued the eclectic 90-minute format monthly into a third year with many guests and short-lived members. Danny's comedy apex may have been in early 2002 when he opened for Emo Philips in Olympia, WA's Go Room. He also gained dubious notoriety for choking a heckler with a microphone chord during a comedy showcase at downtown Portland's Dante's.
Danny still enjoys making films and performing comedy, but has made a modest living as a professional student, playing his rare optical theremin The Drum Buddy in The Golden Greats and as VJ Norto, archivist for weekly all-request music video museum.
