I split my time between broadcast TV and print media. As senior editor of Scuba Diver AustralAsia magazine, as well as a documentary director for broadcast television and Asian Geographic TV, I travel extensively for various assignments throughout the year. In 2010-11 alone, I shot documentaries and magazine articles in places as diverse as Dubai, India, the Philippines, Mongolia, Hong Kong, as well as the islands of Aceh, Bali, Halmahera and Sulawesi in Indonesia, and various cities in China. I've also shot video for TV underwater in Africa, Canada, the US and clear across Southeast Asia. One of my more interesting 2011 projects involved filming with real sea pirates in Batam, Indonesia.
