videos are extensions of my painting. they are sometimes long, sometimes short. brevity allows me to put forward an energy and power. an atmosphere, something mysterious.
the grounds of videos are from my immediate environment (landscape, sky, light, nature), join a series of photographs (clouds, sky, flowers) or take ideas of landscape have always been latent in my painting.
the sound plays an increasingly important with respect to moving images. it follows, underlines, amplifies the atmosphere, the offset, the strangeness.
