Ryan Chen is a visual artist living in San Francisco. He currently works as a freelance art director and motion designer. Prior to going freelance he held staff designer/animator positions at Superfad, Atmosphere13 and Fuel Design. Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to NYC in '97 to attend The School of Visual Arts. He graduated from SVA with a BFA in Illustration in 2002. He has been working in the field of motion graphics for the past eight years. He enjoys making stuff, adventure, the outdoors, and eating hummus.
