Nathan John is the Managing Director and Founder of Youth Enlightenment Limited (Y-E-L), which is a not-for-profit organisation that offers youth focused services such as Mentoring, Workshops, Consultancy, TV Chat Show and Media Relations. Its mission statement is to enlighten and empower young people to excel positively in all aspects of life.
He is a 25 year old African-Caribbean male from London who has been married to his very supportive wife, Simone for 5 years. The couple have 3 beautiful children, Nathan jr., Allana and Mikaela.
Nathan is the host of a TV youth chat show called On.Point, which aims to entertain and inspire young people. From 18th June 08 a series of shows has been broadcasted on the Community Channel (Sky 539 / Virgin TV 233 / Freeview 87). The channel is available to 16.5 million digital households in the UK, 41 million potential viewers and around 1.2 million people tune in every month (source: BARB). Since 2007 he has been interviewed on BBC / ITV / Channel 4 / Sky News / BEN TV / MBC / Bangla TV / Capital 95.8 / Choice FM / Premier Christian Radio / Colourful Radio / The Guardian / thelondonpaper / U.S News and World Report / The Voice Newspaper / Epoch Times plus local newspapers in relation to challenges facing young people while proposing solutions. He has gone on to conduct interviews for ITN and Choice FM plus has arranged interviews for BBC, ITN, Capital 95.8, Choice FM, Premier Christian Radio, The Voice Newspaper plus more.

He has been a Minister at New Cross Apostolic Church for 6 years, where he is also the Youth Leader.
Nathan also has 6 years experience working in London for various leading financial institutions such as Bank One, Ernst & Young LLP, Citigroup and RBS. Nathan was recently working as a Business Management Analyst at one of the large Investment Banks in the City, has 10 GCSEs, 3 A’ levels and is ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) part qualified.
