Dave Evans is an experienced film and TV director who has also worked on stage. His credits include Daddy's Girl, BAFTA Wales best film 2007, Crash (BBC), Mind to Kill (Channel 5/S4C) the award wining series Y Pris (S4C - best regional drama Prix d'Europe 2008) and feature drama Tir, nominated for best drama Celtic Media Festival 2014. He is currently developing a number of projects in South East Europe an area in which he's already shot feature doc, Pretty Village. He has recently received development money from BBC Films/BFI/FAW to research a documentary feature about his own family set in Bulgaria, My Grandfather The Spy.
He's also a well respected educator and artist working with young people and marginalised communities through the charity he helps to run, Zoom Cymru.
