Thanks for the comment. Actually the animation is nothing special: The bubbles are simple sphere meshes parented to an empty object, which just rotates slowly and thus all the children go round as well. The bubbles are in two sizes (bigger ones and smaller ones) and each bubble has a different orbit (manually made at random). One additional thing is the camera with a less perspective 50 mm lens (the default is 35 mm). This camera setting has contributed to a flatter Anime-style look.
