Dylan has a passion for a healthy active lifestyle. With a background in wrestling, martial arts and rock climbing, he found yoga to be the culmination of the activities he loves. “I love how when practicing yoga, I can take myself out of my crazy, hectic life and through pranayama and asana I can bring myself in to the present moment and find calmness within.” Dylan believes that the most important part of yoga is what you do with it off the mat and keeping the union with your community and the earth. Dylan obtained his 200 hour RYT in Baja, Mexico at the Yandara Institute under Shane Perkins. Dylan loves inversions and arm balances and you’ll often see him upside down in class. He loves to bring this challenge to his classes and you’ll often find yourself seeing things through a different perspective.
