Oh, and you can replace your video http://vimeo.com/help/faq#replace instead of deleting and re-uploading which will only deduct more of your quota if the new file is larger.

Hi there! Looks like you've got a variable frame rate. That should be changed to 30fps constant. Additionally your audio sampling rate should be 44.1 KHz, and it's currently 32.0 KHz. Changing these two should fix your sync issue.
