The History Of Peace Tower Church In 2002 Pastor John Raymer and his wife Christine were called by the Lord to move to Ottawa. They were called to “sheep without a shepherd”. On July 1st, 2003 the call became a reality when Peace Tower Church had their first service. Since that day, the Lord has blessed Peace Tower Church. We are truly a House of Prayer for all nations, with 43 nations represented.
