Italian born and raised, I own and run Italian cooking school and catering "La Cucina del Sole" in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, since 2001.
I'm specialized in Italian regional and classic cooking and write (in Dutch and English) about food and wine for culinary weblogs and magazines.
I also organize cooking holidays for non-Italians in Tuscany (Italy).
I'm an expert in the field of classic, regional and innovative Italian cuisine with a good knowledge of other types of international cuisine too.
