Nervous Nellie are currently recording a new album in Sweden with producer Andreas Söderlund (Niccokick, Hello Saferide etc).
With their ever evolving sound this album will be yet another step for the band on it’s somewhat schizofrenic musical quest. When making the new album the band have said, and I quote, that they want to sound something like: “Motley Crue morphed with Phoenix”. If that is actually what the record will end up sounding like, who knows?
Brothers keep the doors open when laughing and crying. Brothers keep the doors open because when brothers laugh and cry together, it’s not embarrassing.
Maybe that is solely what makes these guys so marvellous. Maybe Nervous Nellie are solely marvellous because they let us laugh and cry without indignity.
