User Centric (usercentric.com) is a global user experience research and design firm. Our services include usability testing, user-centered design, user research, expert evaluations, eye tracking, focus groups, and online surveys. Our clients encompass many industries, but share the common goal of creating an exceptional customer experience. User Centric is headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace (IL), with offices in Beijing and Chicago.

User Centric recently helped launch the first book focused on international user testing, the Handbook of Global User Research. Edited by Robert Schumacher, Managing Director, the Handbook draws on more than 50 contributors from over 20 countries, seven from User Centric. This Handbook serves as an important marker in the development of the field of user research and is the first to summarize hard-learned lessons from the growing field of global user research.

In the National spotlight, User Centric was recognized for the fourth year in a row on the Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies for its constant and continued growth, including the distinction of being the only user experience research and design firm ranked in the Midwest for 2010. User Centric has also been acknowledged for its positive corporate culture by ranking in Brill Street’s Top 50 Generation Y Employer recognition program.
