Attended Robert Kiyosaki's WIA 3-day Stock Success System training in mid-Apr 2009. Currently working as KaratBars International VIP member, real estate investor/entrepreneur/deal maker, buyers' mandate for bulk REO/bank-owned residential properties, and JV partner for luxury home short sales.
Goals: (1) Tithe 1/10th of my 'first-fruits' to my local church and give generously in the weekly offering plate as well as donate time and talents directly to my favorite, Lutheran-based charities. (2) As IM, need off-market, MFI nationwide, primarily in Class B and C, $20M+, 250 units minimum, ~$80k/door. (3) Work with Kenny Rushing's mentor/coaches and Peter Andrews' DreamBuilder Network to buy and sell 2nd mortgage lien notes. (4) Join Mike Dillard's The Elevation Group to quickly build and protect the best asset classes (precious metals, energy and other commodities) against coming inflation and interest rate hikes. (5) Continue my financial and real estate investing education by becoming a Mastery Coaching student of Than Merrill's FortuneBuilders.com. (6) rehab, via outsourcing, 2 SFR per year for avg profit of $50K per deal (earned income) and use lease-to-own options for buy-and-hold strategy to acquire more up-front cash and PCF per month. Cash goal is $50,000 per year (passive income). (7) Move into bigger deals with JV and business credit partnerships including real estate syndication by acquiring student housing for passive income cash flow and equity appreciation (financial wealth). (8) Eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis through walking. (9) Be financially rich by 2015 (B quadrant) and have financial wealth (I quadrant) by 2018.
