Andrea Fournet E-RYT500, and Bryan Fowler E-RYT500, are the co-founders of VariYoga, which was developed to provide an accessible and sustainable yoga practice to meet the ever changing needs of the individual throughout the journey of life.

Andrea and Bryan meld ecclectic backgrounds and have more than twenty-seven years combined teaching experience. Influenced by the Traditions of Anusara, Iyengar and Viniyoga, they created this non-dogmatic teaching approach dedicated to respectfully helping all people discover the benefits of Hatha Yoga.

VariYoga Vinyasa Sequences link movement with the breath, present a wide variety of practice options, and range from gentle to vigorous depending on individual ability and need. Self-respect and self awareness is emphasized.
