The scenario of the drama is based on experiences of Bas Labruyère. The 35-year-old director has schizophrenia and had himself faced with psychosis. Only after three years showed himself into a psychiatric clinic. After his recovery he wrote a letter to his family and friends to share his experiences.

The purpose of the film is to explain in 75 minutes what devastating impact a first psychosis has on the lives of young people.
