And you gotta watch belt buckles and reflections on glasses and teeth and eyeballs, but, there are two tricks here: (1) the back is also blown out, so if you keep foreground whites properly exposed (but not overexposed), you can get away with a lot and (2) since this only works on white backgrounds, small bits of white on your subject are keyed through... to white! It's cheating, but it works.

14 days agoVideopia commented on The 24p ConspiracyThat is excellent info. Probably Vimeo is not limited either. I do know Vimeo isn't limited by frame size either(!), up to a certain ceiling, meaning you can post cinematic 2.4:1 aspect ratio movies - very cool.

And our conclusion was: You can sort of do this with huge 4K images, but that's your limit and beyond that, there's nothing you can do. Also, Vegas becomes INCREDIBLY cranky with images/video that size and so... After Effects is the right way to do this.
