JOE VALENTI (Director/Writer/Producer) is the President of Valenti Vision Films, Inc. (valentivisionfilms.com) and has made a name for himself for taking small budgets and stretching them as far as they can go. His first award winning 16mm feature film titled “Lying Beside You” was produced for the incredible low budget of $17,000. The film consisted of a home-made dolly, innovative independent filmmaking skills, an original soundtrack and no crew. After winning an honorable mention for best independent feature film at the Wilmington Film Festival, Valenti stated it was an honor to win such an award being that the winning film had a $1.2 million budget. In 2007, Valenti directed one of the world’s most adored fan films, “The Amazing Adventures of Little Batman”. The film was based on the 1966 Batman series and consisted of an entire cast of five year old children. The movie has been well received throughout the world and has become an internet success. “The Gentleman” and “The Hacking Chronicles” are further examples of how Valenti turns low budget filmmaking into high value productions. In the past 13 years, Valenti has worked for AT&T, The Meadowlands, The Comcast Network, MSNBC, and Time Warner. Along with many film accolades, Valenti has won two Crystal Vision Awards and thirteen Telly Awards for various projects ranging from producing, directing, writing, editing, graphic design, lighting and set design.
