Walter Pacifico
Freelance Cinematographer

Walter Pacifico is a Director of Photography based in Toronto, Canada.

He completed his film studies in Buenos Aires, Argentina and quickly started developing camera skills while shooting ENG and EFP for clients like Antenna 3 (Spain) and RAI from Italy.

At the same time he welcomed free-lance work as a lighting technician in Feature Films and Commercials, allowing him to learn and experiment with all the technical and artistic aspects of lighting.

In 1995 Walter moved from Buenos Aires to Toronto, Canada, where he worked as a gaffer for 17 independent Canadian and American feature films and over 200 commercials.

Since 2002 Walter has upgraded to Director of Photography, first by shooting music videos then commercials and ultimately moving on to documentaries, TV and feature films.

The many clients Walter has shot for include Revolver, Blink, CTV, CBS, History Television, Scream Channel, Sci-Fi Channel, Cossette Communications, Stone Canoe, Rue Morgue Cinema, Slanted Wheel, Ballinran, Sudden Storm, Top Drawer Creative, Oz Ent., Next Element Ent, Two-Three-Five, Cheri Sundae (LA), Melis Productions (LA), Technicolor Network Services and many more.
