Kitty Farmer
In 2000, Kitty Farmer met Donald Warne, MD, MPH, Oglala Lakota, who is working in several different ways to ensure that all Indian people have better access to culturally-relevant healthcare. Dr. Warne's master vision includes the creation of the Medicine Wheel Foundation and ultimately the first American Indian School of Health Sciences.
To support these efforts, "What's in the Heart" will be used as an advocacy and educational tool towards the realization of the Medicine Wheel Foundation and the AISHS (medical school.)
