Awesome, thanks. I'm really digging the 7D, but I think my money might be better spent on a dedicated video cam since I will be shooting hours and hours of footage. I'm still exploring my options, but videos like these make it hard to resist haha. Keep up the excellent work!

Excellent video! What's it like shooting with the 5DMkII? Do you ever find yourself limited by the 12-minute clip?

I am juggling with the idea of this or a 7D versus a dedicated camcorder such as an XHA1 for a shoot in the coming summer. It's going to be a short documentary covering a band I will be traveling with for their summer tour, combined with some material for a live DVD.

Would you recommend sticking with a camcorder since I will be shooting hours and hours of footage with only few opportunities to dump all the clips onto a hard-drive? I would hate to spend a ton of money on comparatively expensive CF cards when DV tapes are cheap.
