defines his work as "dirty-glamour". His approach to vjing is
characterized by a massive use of abstract 3d models, vector
objects and photos, continuous sequences, repetitions,
complex development of images, lines, points.
Born in Arezzo (Italy), Antonio Zavagli AKA Zava started
working in media design in 1997. In 2004, inspired by his
passion for visual art and club life, he began working as vj. In
2005 he creates the website/community Vjcentral.it , and in
2006 in cooperation with Claudio Sinatti he creates VLDB, a
visual performance internet database containing
performances of italian vjs. Actually based in Munich ( Harrykleinbooking.de ), he has
several exhibitions with digital artwork in clubs and festivals.
