Jenn Robbins of Avalon Catering gives a chef demonstration of her wonderful Cucumber & Tomato Salad with Pickled Onions & Yogurt-Feta Dressing. Jenn uses fresh market ingredients of cucumbers from Heritage Farms, cherry tomato's - tricolor and Sun Golds from McMullan family Farms, tarragon sprigs and basil sprigs from Heirloom Gardens, shaved spicy jalapeno, salt and pepper with her "Quick Pickled Onions" using red wine vinegar, water, kosher salt, a pinch of sugar and pickling spice. her yogurt-feta dressing uses plain Greek yogurt from Atlanta Fresh Creamery, goat's milk feta - crumbled from Decimal Place Farm, garlic clove (pasted) from Riverview Farms, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, and black pepper.
