A quick chat with author, Miranda Ballard, to hear all about her new book 'Charcuterie', the newly opened 'Muddy Boots: The Modern Meat Company' shop, and the wonderful world of good meat. Miranda is so thrilled to be announcing her second book after the success of 'Burgers & Sliders', and this time she takes you through the delights of cured meat, with everything from small bites and charcuterie boards to flavour-filled, hearty main courses, as well as some ideas for basic home-curing.
The video was filmed in 'Muddy Boots: The Modern Meat Company' in Crouch End - the stunning new shop that Miranda and her husband, Roland, have recently opened. With so much to talk about we could have made a video an hour long, but this is just a taster of Miranda's new book, so we really hope you enjoy it and want to find out more! The shop is open really long hours, so you can always pop in after work if you live in London or make a trip up to the lovely area in North London if you're visiting!
