Background: The students of the ‘Food Media, Communication and Trends’ course at Gustolab Institute Center for Food Studies worked as reporters during the 2014 edition of Cerealia Festival. They had the opportunity to interview participants, speakers, organizers and to conduct their video sessions during the 3-day festival (Rome and Tivoli). An excellent academic as well as working opportunity. All the material was then used to produce two video products: From Past to Future (Cerealia Festival Documentary) and Cerealia PROMO.
