drawing into chalk

I have been working with chalk for some time, referencing it in films, paintings, poems and a large paper and wire sculpture, currently in progress. I was given some blocks of chalk last year by a friend and have them at my studio in France. Today I decided to work with one of them and I made this short film to record some of my contact and mark making with the small block of chalk. I have used the natural soundtrack made whilst working.
