Sometimes we have a pattern of depending others to take care of our needs while we pause for God to show us his will. As we wait, we should serve God and others because it is through serving that we will receive your next task from God. Reflecting into the parable of the faithful servant, he was praised for serving using his talents while the master was gone. You can be confident that God wants you to faithfully serve him right where you are as you await your next instruction from him. As in Matthew 25:21 "Well done, you good and faithful servant! said his master. 'You have been faithful in managing small amounts, so I will put you in charge of large amounts. Come on in and share my happiness!" At this point in time, you may be in the position of leadership now, or you may someday become leaders wherever God places you. When you model the leadership style of Jesus, you will be a godly leader.
