Down through the centuries Jesus has been called a lot of things by a lot of people…some true, some not so much…Rabbi, Messiah, impostor, ‘party animal’, Lord, Master, revolutionary, story-teller, martyr, just another wanna-be prophet.
For the past two months we’ve been learning about who he really was, what he said, what he came to do, and how we moved among people. Jesus proclaimed himself to be the Bread of Life, the Door, the Good Shepherd, the Way, the Truth, the Life, the Son of the Living God. Many people having experienced his healing touch, be it physical, emotional, or spiritual, refer to him as the Great Physician.
In this series we are going to take a look at some real encounters Jesus had with real people with real need. We’re going to examine the inner workings of a thing called grace and how Jesus, the Great Physician, dispensed it.
