In today's video, I'll demonstrate Shape with Lightspeed Voice and how to streamline your call process. Once connected, you'll be able to make calls directly from within the Shape dashboard using your Lightspeed Voice system.

Initiating a call is as simple as clicking the Lightspeed Voice icon next to a contact's phone number in Shape. You can choose which number to call and then seamlessly switch to your Lightspeed Voice phones to complete the outbound call. It's that easy.
