I was asked to introduce myself to a private gathering of the world's 30 top executive leadership coaches, held at the Harvard Faculty Club. The meeting was sponsored by the Institute of Coaching Professional Association (IOCPA), affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

It forced me to dig deeply into the question: Why am I here? Why do I believe so passionately in dedicating my life to executive coaching?
