Primo treasures itself on its extensive garden plot, energy efficient amenities, and flavorful fare. Pulsing with life, Primo’s garden provides chickens, produce, pigs, herbs, grapes, hops, edible flowers, and honey.
Each morning, Primo’s gardeners decide what seasonal produce the cooks will prepare for that evening’s delights. Completing the circle, all organic waste is disposed via compost or served to the garden pigs.
