We recently hosted students from 50 universities for our 3rd annual UChapters Summer Conference. The event is our attempt to give students the tools to live out the mission and message of TWLOHA on campuses across America and beyond.
Attendees went through MOVE training led by licensed mental health counselors Aaron & Michelle Moore of Solace Counseling. Other sessions were led by TWLOHA Director of College Partnerships Bryan Funk, College Engagement Coordinator Joe Ward, Intern Director Lauren Gloyne, and Director of Communication Jonathan Frazier. In addition to the speaking, students enjoyed performances by poet/rapper Propaganda, spoken word poet Sierra DeMulder, and Eric James of The Last Royals. There was also a special film screening of To Write Love on Her Arms, which is the new and final title previously known as Renee / Day One.
