Our 2011 Mariana Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the Paso Robles area, on a very unique terroir, 14 miles away from the Pacific Ocean. The nose is very characteristic of sauvignon blanc grapes with a lot of herbaceous and grassy notes. Many layers of white flowers and citrus blossoms are also present to make this wine fresh, bright and zingy. The cool weather helps keep a great crisp acidity in the mouth. This medium-bodied wine has a lot of appealing mineral accents from its rich terroir, and will be at its peak of quality and expression during spring and summer time.
