Here we are working with TotalCyclist Client Aldo Ino Ilesic of Team Type 1 pro cycling team. The intent of this workout is to work on speed and power. Typically top sprinters are provided lead out for their sprints at 50 KPH and this is great simulation! Aldo was "beeped" at to come out next to the scooter and then back in for rest. Finally their is a 70kph sprint at the end.
