Welcome to Bethlehem, West Bank, Palestine. A peaceful town and a home to around 30 000 Palestinian people.
As the birthplace of Christianity, Bethlehem is West Bank’s main tourist attraction. But religious relics aren’t the only sight of this ancient city. Along the side of the town runs the West Bank barrier. The “Apartheid Wall” to some, and “the anti-terrorist wall” to others, the West Bank barrier serves one purpose – to separate the Palestinians from the Israelis.
In the shadow of this wall the Palestinian people try to live their lives as normal as they can.
Drink in the sights and sounds of the town of Bethlehem, and meet Jadal – the characters of our documentary.
