This 2005 short film debuted at the Sidewalk Film Festival in Birmingham, Ala., and was selected for 25 film festivals in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand and the United States. It won a handful awards, including for audience favorite a couple of times. It’s a parody of what the U.S. government might release if it were to produce an educational film to teach Americans how to be good citizens. It was made on a shoestring budget without paid actors in Birmingham. The film was written and directed by David McElroy.
