This short documentary attempts to capture the sights and sounds of the HULL Avenues Open Gardens event that takes place in Hull every July. The event began in 1976 and raises money for local charities. This is one of the largest urban Open Garden events in the country. This film attempts to capture the spirit of the event, the beauty of the domestic gardens that populate this area, and explore why people value their green space.
The soundtrack to this film contains music by Hull's FILA BRAZILLIA and THE SOLID DOCTOR.
