We are excited to bring you this new accredited Continuing Education program. Delivered in a unique educational format known as the “Flipped Classroom”, this CE activity contains two elements.
1 - The didactic component, which is contained in this video lecture. Our faculty will present the latest information about Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation and the role of the Novel / Target Specific Oral Anticoagulants. Included in the video content is a robust discussion of the scoring methods, clinical strategies and a review of the most current guidelines.
2 - The didactic segment is followed by a webinar session led by an expert faculty member. During the webinar, you will have the opportunity to put the concepts presented in this video into practical application through a case-based learning model moderated by an expert in anticoagulation. You also will have the opportunity to present a case of your own and to discuss this with the faculty moderator.
