Raphael Tettey has taught music for 12 years and works as a music co-ordinator at St Matthew's Academy in Blackheath, London. He signed up to Cohort 1 of our Peer-to-Peer programme which started in June. In this short clip, he discusses what he's taken away so far and how he plans to change his approach to teaching in the 2014/2015 academic year.

Peer-to-Peer is an invigorating CPD programme designed to help teachers improve the quality of music teaching at Key Stage 3 by learning from colleagues and expert practitioners.
