The Mudhead Dance is inspired by past and present ideas of shamanism, sacred ritual and the role of sacred clowns (or ‘Mudheads’ of the Pueblo Indian culture).
First shown as a performance at V22’s Summer Club, in the Biscuit Factory, Bermondsey - July 2012.
It was subsequently screened at the Shortwave Cinema as part of an exhibition called ’The Birth Caul’ a 2 person show with Miriam Austin, with an new performed version at Vitrine Gallery, Bermondsey Sq - Aug 2013.
