I'm spinning with thoughts on the intensity of nature: the way that nature affects humanity and the way that humanity affects nature. There’s this sense inside of us, that we have so many things we must overcome, and so many processes we must go through. When you think about forest fires and natural disasters, it appears to be such a terrible event because it’s so sudden & harsh… but in truth, it allows new room for growth to happen. This a lesson of balance- the give and take, the yin and yang, life and death.
We are in a state of constant change, and yet we mostly resist this with all our power. In situations that feel immensely difficult, we just have to be as strong as we possibly can. When we get up and through that mountain, we become wiser and our lives unfold more beautifully than if we had given up at the start of that mountain.
Like magic, we watch the caterpillar transform and evolve itself into a radiant butterfly. A symbol of freedom and ultimate transformation. Our change is a constant, shedding old skin through our thoughts and intentions. From our human perspective, it's a matter of unlearning, a task of un-programming, the un-conditioning. It's become useless to blame or find fault; many of these conditions we are unraveling from existed before we even got here. They are not ours, they are not who we are.
We're shifting into a realization that our labels, our attachments with meanings and associations limit our ability to see the truth: that everything is neutral. It's only when we interpret our experiences - compare and contrast them - we place an unnecessary connotation… essentially blocking ourselves from undefined possibilities (aka truth).
If we can teach ourselves to shift our awareness from the current state of polarity (a belief that we must choose between This or That) into the paradox of containing both poles (both options, both choices, both sides)simultaneously, holding them in total balance with no preference for either. It's here in this state, we can allow the 2 ideas to both be present without choosing one or the other. Being open to either possibilities without judgment, assumptions or expectations attached.
Realize that you don't need to fight for control over your life, and instead, hold the energetic vibration of allowing. This is ultimate integration. Take it a step further, and embrace every aspect of who you are, loving yourself entirely: the dark and the light. There’s an unparalleled beauty on the other side of this transformation, I'll meet you there friends. Heal the world by healing yourself… we are one. ~Libby
