The Lilliput 663 monitor is an inexpensive field monitor which in some versions give SDI inputs along with HDMI, and in some versions feature focus peaking and other monitor tools. As others have pointed out, the image often looks oversharpened and very low resolution, even though the monitor has a resolution of 1280X800 - the same as my old MacBook Pro.
To get around this, you'll have to assign sharpening to a function knob and adjust from there. It's not easily accessible in the menus from the get-go. The ergonomics of this monitor are not optimal i m o. After fixing this, the image turned out much better for checking focus.
